The time has come to satisfy your appetite and Bail\u00e9n offers you a wide range of possibilities. Its location has contributed to the fact that for a long time now it has been a stop and inn for all those who passed through this terrtiory, maintaining to this day typical dishes that were already served in the old Posada del Majuelo on the well-known Royal Street. In the traditional recipe book of Bail\u00e9n cuisine we find the \u201cGui\u00f1apos<\/strong>\u201d as they are traditionally called, also known as \u201cAndrajos<\/strong>\u201d, the \u201cPotatoes with broth<\/strong>\u201d or the well known \u201cPoor Style Potatoes<\/strong>\u201d, all of them made with the oil obtained from the grinding of olives of the picual variety, and washed down with the wines typical of this land.<\/p>

If what you want is to have a meal while you tour the municipality enjoying the local atmosphere, you can also do so thorugh the Tapeo Route<\/strong> that you will find throughout the year in Bail\u00e9n.<\/p>

You will taste, accompanied by a refreshing drink, the well known \u201ctapa<\/strong>\u201d from each of the bars, taverns and inns that are spread throughout the city.<\/p>
