L\u2019itin\u00e9rarie commence en direction de l\u2019Arroyo de Mirabelas, o\u00f9 se trouve la village homonyme de la p\u00e9riode romaine tardive\/m\u00e9di\u00e9vale et de nombreuses autres structures diss\u00e9min\u00e9es dans ses environs, pour continuer plus tard jusqu\u2019au lieu-dit Chaparralillo pour visiter une route et une carri\u00e8re de gr\u00e8s. De l\u00e0, nous partirons vers une spectaculaire carri\u00e8re de granit, dans la zone appel\u00e9e Piedra Caballera, o\u00f9 se trouvent des traces de la technologie utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019extraction des blocs, avant de passer pas un four \u00e0 chaux dans la zone de Ravin d\u2019Oncle Luis, o\u00f9 l\u2019on peut \u00e9galement observer plusieurs carri\u00e8res de gr\u00e8s.
