Topography is the science that studies the set of principles and procedures that aim to graphically represent the Earth’s surface, with its shapes and details, essential in the “art of war”. This mural captured in the Museum of the Battle of Bailén, evokes the geographical reliefs of 1808, schematically showing us part of the battlefield where the battle took place, just in somewhat more abstract way.
