The time has come to satisfy your appetite and Bailén offers you a wide range of possibilities. Its location has contributed to the fact that for a long time now it has been a stop and inn for all those who passed through this terrtiory, maintaining to this day typical dishes that were already served in the old Posada del Majuelo on the well-known Royal Street. In the traditional recipe book of Bailén cuisine we find the “Guiñapos” as they are traditionally called, also known as “Andrajos”, the “Potatoes with broth” or the well known “Poor Style Potatoes”, all of them made with the oil obtained from the grinding of olives of the picual variety, and washed down with the wines typical of this land.
