The Carnival

Tradition, happiness, humour and entertainment are all present at the very popular Bailén festival, whose highlight is a carnival parade. Along with the costume competitions, the ‘chirigota’ comedy acts and the groups of participants, the carnival passes by accompanied by the pet parade and, to finish, there is the bittersweet burial of the sardine.
